EUNICE FAIL

PRINCETON -- Eunice Summerlin Fail, 86, died Sunday at Johnston Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home. The Rev. Curtis White will officiate. Burial will be in Hastings Cemetery.
A native of Wayne County, Mrs. Fail was the daughter of the late Charlie H. and Carrie Britt Summerlin and widow of Eldra Fail. She was a member of Oakland friends Church and the Oakland Grange.
Her survivors include one daughter, Margie, and husband, E.C. Murray of Columbia, S.C.; three sons, Richard Fail and wife Elenor, Charles Fail and wife Joanne; and Glenn Fail and wife Freda, all of Princeton; and seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Marie S. Vance, and three brothers, Edis, Lester and Aldon Summerlin.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
