Mary Lou Futrell, 77, of Edwards Store Road died Saturday.
A funeral service will be held today at 2 p.m. at the Friendly Holiness PFWB Church. The Reverends Frank Sandy and Betty Edwards will officiate. Burial will follow at the Hillcrest Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas "Tom" Futrell; one son, James Reuben Harrell of Mount Olive; a sister, Gladys and husband, Everett Wise of Mount Olive; two grandchildren, Richard Harrell of Seven Springs and Deanna Harrell Dodson of Newton Grove; two half sisters, Josephine Futrell of Fayetteville and Emma Jean Rayfield of Mount OIive; three half brothers, Joseph Guy of Fayetteville, David Guy of Raleigh, and Robert Guy of Godwin; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Elma Thornton, Ava McCullen, and Maggie Darden; and one brother, Johnny Guy.
The family was at West & Dunn Funeral home Sunday evening from 6 until 8.
