EMANUEL PARKS

Emanuel "Bud" Parks, a former resident of Goldsboro, died Tuesday at his home in Philadelphia.
He was the son of the late J.G. Parks and Dora Winn Parks.
His survivors include two sisters, Elizabeth Jackson and Sudie Purvis, and a brother, Samuel Parks, all of Goldsboro.
The funeral and burial will be in Philadelphia.
