SELMA -- Walter Gordon, 76, died Tuesday.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home in Selma. Burial will be in Selma Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by his wife, Emma Dunn Gordon; one son, Walter Gordon Jr. of Selma; four sisters, Melvie Poliakoff of Smithfield, Elizabeth Sellers of Winter Park, Fla., Josephine Thornton of Newport News, Va., and Juanita Sharpe of Harbor Springs, Mich; one brother, Jimmy Nichols of Wilmington; and two granddaughters.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 until 9 tonight.
