EUGENE ROSS
Died Dec. 2, 2005
WILLIAMSTON -- Ernest Eugene Ross, 51, brother of Joseph Randale Ross of Goldsboro, died Friday at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
The funeral will be held today at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Walker Funeral Home. The Rev. Doug Knox will officiate. Burial will be in Martin Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Ross was a native of Pitt County and was a carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Harvey and Selma Lou Edmondson Ross.
Surviving, in addition to his brother, are his daughter, Genie Ross Creech of Williamston, and his son, Travis Eugene Ross of Pooler, Ga.; three other brothers, Harvey Michael Ross and Timothy Wayne Ross of Hampton, Va., and Jeffery Lane Ross of Williamston; and three grandchildren.
The family received friends at the funeral home on Sunday night, and other times at his daughter's home at 1089 Wynne Road in Williamston.
