MARJORIE P. HINSON

MOUNT OLIVE -- Marjorie Price Hinson, 80, died Wednesday night at Wayne Hospital.

The funeral will be held by the graveside on Saturday morning at 11 at Wayne Memorial Park. The service will be conducted by the Rev. Doug Bartlett, the Rev. James Weaver and the Rev. Jimmy Swinson.

Mrs. Hinson was a long-time resident of Mount Olive and was a retired homemaker. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Mercer Price; her father, Luther Leonard Price; her stepmother, Maybelle Hardy Price; and one stepsister, Gail Quinn.

She is survived by one daughter, Judy Hinson Hines and husband, Reggie Hines Jr. of Mount Olive; two sons, Ralph "Junior" Hinson Jr. and wife, Gail Sutton Hinson, of Dudley and Ronnie Hinson of Mount Olive; and six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two brothers, L.L. "Bud" Price Jr. of Mount Olive and Worden Price of Raleigh; and two sisters, Jean P. Willis of Wittman, Md., and Annette P. Taylor of Grantham.

Friends and family will be received at the residence of Reggie and Judy Hines, 1419 N.C. Highway 403 West, Mount Olive, across from North Duplin High School.

Tyndall Funeral Home in Mount Olive is handling the service.
