The funeral for James Murphy Buckrham, 68, of New York, formerly of Goldsboro, will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Invitation A.M.E. Zion Church in Snow Hill. Interment will be in Snow Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Buckrham died Wednesday.
He is survived by two sons, Quintin Uzzell of Goldsboro and James M. Buckrham Jr. of Jamaica, N.Y.; one daughter, Karen Jay of Elmhurst, N.Y.; three brothers, John Earl Buckrham of Goldsboro and Thomas Buckrham and Robert Buckrham of Jamaica, N.Y.; two sisters, Nannie Mae Buckrham of Maplewood, N.Y., and Letitia Buckrham of Patterson, N.Y.
The viewing will be from 7 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home.
