NEWTON GROVE -- Jerry E. Raynor, 56, of 5661 William R. King Road, died Wednesday.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at West & Dunn Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Cleon McCloud will officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Mr. Raynor was the son of the late Hosea and Elma Raynor.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley L. Raynor; two daughters, Shannon Arnette of Mount Olive and Jennifer Lynn Backus of Grantham; two sisters, Iris Swinson of Dudley and Carolyn Waters of Clinton; two brothers, Lethal Fay Raynor of Garner and Felton Raynor of Newton Grove; and two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 p.m. on Friday.
