WILMA L. BROCK
Died Nov. 6, 2005
PIKEVILLE -- Wilma Lee Brock, 71, of 372A Fields Road, died Monday at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
A native of Wilson County, she was the daughter of the late James Ira Wilkerson and Annie Laurie Evans Wilkerson. She was a charter member of Watson's Grove Original Free Will Baptist Church in Kenly, where she taught Sunday School for many years.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jamie Proctor and the Rev. Andy Stovall officiating. Burial will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Brock Family Cemetery.
Mrs. Brock is survived by her husband of 52 years, Charles Martin Brock; her sons, Danny Brock of the home and Warren Brock and wife, LaRose, of Pikeville; her brother, Ray Wilkerson and wife, Jean, of Zebulon; and her grandsons, Brandon Brock and Bryson Brock.
Mrs. Brock was preceded in death by one son, Charles Lee Brock, and two sisters, Myrtie Sauls and Elizabeth Renfrow.
Although flowers are welcome, memorials may be made to Watson's Grove OFWB Church, 8712 Watson's Grove Church Road, Kenly, NC 27542.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the funeral, and at other times, at the home of Warren and LaRose Brock, 201 Western Wayne Drive, Pikeville.
