GOWANDA, N.Y. -- Ruth Ebert, 72, a former resident of Wayne County, died Friday.
The funeral was held today at 11 a.m. at Trinity United Church of Christ in Gowanda, with the Rev. Thomas R Burian officiating. Interment was in Jolls Cemetery.
Mrs. Ebert is survived by her husband, Harold R. Ebert Sr.; two sons, Harold R. Ebert Jr. of Cattaraugus and David A. Ebert of Pererysburg; one sister, Marie Snypes of Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
The family received friends on Monday night from 7 until 9 at Schindler Funeral Home.
