NEWTON GROVE -- The funeral for Debra Louise Leach, of 115 Avon Lane, will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Piney Green Disciples Church. Bishop Joseph Wiley and Pastor Leroy Batts will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Ms. Leach died Monday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.
She was a 1980 graduate of Hobbton High School and a member of Piney Green Church.
Her survivors include one son, Marcus Antonio Leach; two daughters, Tomeika Nichole Leach of Clinton and Denise Michelle Leach of Newton Grove; her mother, Minnie Allen Johnson of Newton Grove; her stepfather, Josh Johnson of Newton Grove; four brothers, Reggie Leach of Newton Grove, Kenneth Leach of Fayetteville, Terry Leach of Syracuse, N.Y., and Alphonso Faison of Dudley; and two sisters, Lisa Ashford of Clinton and Michelle Jefferson of Charlotte.
The viewing will be today from 2 until 7 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries in Mount Olive. At other times, the family will receive friends at the residence.
