The funeral for Thelma Strickland Medford Deans, 82, of 132 Holloman Lane, will be held today at 5 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home. The Rev. Randall Barfield and Woodrow Stevens Jr. will officiate. Burial will be on Friday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service this evening, and other times at the residence.
