IDA MADREY

KENANSVILLE --The funeral services for Ida Roland Madrey, 89, of 291 Perry Miller Road, will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the New Christian Chapel Baptist Church in Rose Hill. The Rev. Reginald Wells will officiate. Burial will be in the Devotional Gardens in Warsaw.
Mrs. Madrey died Friday at Duplin General Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late Beaddie Horsley and Floyd Kornegay and was a retired teacher with the Lenoir County School System.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, James and Sarah Roland of the home; one sister, Ollie Lewis of New Haven, Conn.; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The viewing will be held today from 4 until 6 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home.
