Rose Lee West Yamamoto, 66, a native of Pikeville and resident of Aliso Viejo, Calif., died Wednesday in her sleep at Gilroy Health Care.
She was one of three children born to the late Roy West and Verona Creech West.
Survivors include her husband, Masayuki Yamamoto of Aliso Viejo, Calif.; four children, Liza Al-Rajhi of Morgan Hill, Calif., John Malfy Jr. of Goldsboro, Margaritte Malfy of New York, N.Y., and Debra Malfy of Warrington, Pa.; one sister, Barbara West of Kill Devil Hills; and three grandchildren and one niece.
Private internment will be at a later date.
Johnson Funeral Home in Morgan Hill, Calif., is serving the family.
