Keith " Mr. Joe" Rodgers, 79, died Tuesday at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Smithfield.
A private service will be held.
Mr. Rod-gers was born in Dade County, Fla., and was a veteran of the United States Navy.
He is survived by a host of friends.
