PIKEVILLE -- Bobby Raymond Holland, 68, of 107 E. Old Fort Road, died Monday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.

The funeral will be held tonight at 7 in the chapel of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont. Minister Michael Lucky Lewis will officiate. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Pikeville Cemetery.

Mr. Holland was the son of the late Rondal Holland and Mamie Emily Davis Holland.

He is survived by one daughter, Lynn McCutcheon, and her husband, Chris, of Goldsboro; three sons, Bobby Holland and his wife, Nita Kay, of Pikeville, DeWayne Holland and his wife, Sylvia, of Goldsboro and Wilbert Ray Edwards and his wife, Lalani, of Dudley; two sisters, Evelyn Minshew of Kernersville and Christine Best and her husband, Dennis, of Pikeville; two brothers, Rondal "R. J." Holland Jr. and his wife, Linda, of Pikeville and James W. "Bill" Holland and his wife, Nora Lee, of Pikeville; five grandchildren; and a special friend, Helen Stewart of the home.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Holland was preceded in death by two sisters, Gladys Watson and Frances Cummings.

The family will receive friends at Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home following the service tonight, and other times at the residence.
