Kevin S. Capps and Crystal J. Cowdrey announce the birth and death of a daughter, Faith Ellen Capps, on Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Cotton officiating.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by one sister, Angel Louise Capps of the home; her maternal grandparents, Christine Ellen Cowdrey and Paul Edwards of Goldsboro; her maternal great-grandfather, Edward Cowdrey of Goldsboro; her paternal grandparents, Ruben and Julia Louise Chase of Goldsboro and James and Rose Capps of Goldsboro.
The family will greet friends at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home immediately following the service on Wednesday evening, and
at other times at the home at 1018 Old Grantham Road.
