PRINCETON -- The funeral for Kay Smith Arthur, 68, of 108 Azalea Drive, will be held tonight at 7 in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home. The Rev. Bobby Fletcher will conduct the service. Burial will be on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Princeton Cemetery.
Mrs. Arthur died Saturday.
She was a native of Johnston County and was the daughter of the late Douglas Smith and Helen Rains Smith Clements.
She is survived by her husband, Willie Earl Arthur of Princeton; two daughters, Rose Marie Rout of Cleveland, Ohio, and Frances Darlene Norberto of Long Island, N.Y.; one brother, Robert Craig Smith of Chesapeake, Va; and four grandchildren.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to and immediately following the service tonight.
