KINSTON -- Jimmie Lee Corbett, 82, died Thursday after a long struggle with cancer.
He was a member of Westside F.W.B. Church and worked for Carolina Diaries of Kinston for over 30 years.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Eunice Lee Potts Corbett; two sons, Gerald Corbett of Pink Hill and Steve Corbett of LaGrange; three sisters, Margaret C. Ham and Bessie C. Ham of Snow Hill and Dixie Evans of Richmond, Va.; one brother, Russell Corbett of Snow Hill; and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Taylor-Tyson Funeral Service in Snow Hill. Burial will be in Snow Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at the funeral home.
