PHILADELPHIA -- Robert Hobbs, a native of Goldsboro, died Sunday in Philadelphia.
The funeral will be held Friday morning at Thankful Baptist Church, 1608 W. Allegheny St., Philadelphia.
MR. Hobbs is survived by two daughters, Gloria Ham of Suitland, Md., and Geraldine Hobbs of Buffalo, N.Y.; one son, Artie Smith of Brooklyn, N.Y.; three sisters, Naomi Anderson of Bronx, N.Y., and Elma Tuckson and Nora Shaw of Goldsboro; and five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
