VELMA RENFROW
KENLY -- Velma Hinton Renfrow, 84, died Sunday at the Brian Center of Wilson.
The funeral will be held tonight at 7 in the chapel of Coley Funeral Home. The Rev. Andy Cockrell will officiate. Burial will be on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Buckhorn Cemetery.
Mrs. Renfrow is survived by three daughters, Connie Renfrow Spivey of Raleigh, Joan Renfrow Cockrell of Kenly and Angela Lane of Wilson; one son, J. Harry Renfrow of Richmond, Va.; one sister, Bettie Mae Fulghum of Rock Ridge; and 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Coley Funeral Home following the service tonight, and other times at the home of Joan Cockrell, 7556 NC Hwy. 222 West, Kenly.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Buckhorn United Methodist Church, c/o Harold Neal, 7241 Neal Road, Lucama, N.C., 27851.
