HENRY B. ROBINSON

CLINTON -- The funeral for Henry B. Robinson will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Red Hill Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Harold Boykin and the Rev. Ray Bolton will conduct the service. Burial will be in Robinson Family Cemetery on Indian Town Road.

Mr. Robinson died Sunday at Lincoln Medical Center in New York.

He was a native of Sampson County and was the son of the late Roosevelt and Penny Underwood Robinson. He was a member of Red Hill Missionary Baptist Church and attended Sampson County Training School before moving to New York, where he was employed by Kraft Foods for many years.

He is survived by a daughter, Kathy Carter of Washington, D.C.; three sisters, Lu Ellen Kirby and Fennie Robinson of Clinton and Sarah Mason of Warsaw; and one granddaughter.

The wake will be held from 10 a.m. until noon on Saturday at Red Hill Missionary Baptist Church. At other times the family will be at the home of Lu Ellen Kirby, 476 Indian Town Road, Clinton.

Family Funeral Service & Cremation of Faison is serving the family.
