LUCINDA HARDY
MOUNT OLIVE -- The funeral for Lucinda O. Hardy, 93, will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. Delight United Holy Church on Suttontown Road. The Rev. Quincy Gardner will officiate. Burial will be in Carver Memorial Park.
Mrs. Hardy died Friday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late Alex and Florence Dar-den Best and was the widow of Emmett Hardy Sr.
Her survivors include three daughters, Hattie H. Hughes and Lula A. Hardy of Goldsboro and Letha H. Clark (Benjamin) of Mount Olive; two daughters-in-law, Gloria Gayle Hardy of Goldsboro and Lorraine H. Robinson (Wallace) of Upper Marlboro, Md.; and nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and any nieces, cousins and friends.
The viewing hours will be from 3 until 6 p.m. on Tuesday at Garris Funeral Home.
