WILLIE F. SMITH
FAYETTEVILLE -- Retired Army Staff Sgt. Willie Franklin Smith, 77, of Hartsville, S.C., formerly of Fayetteville, N.C., died Wednesday, April 25, 2005, in Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center in Hartsville.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Burial will be in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by three sons, Keith Smith, David G. Smith and William E. "Bill" Smith; two daughters, Diane Tonet and Patti Smith; three brothers, Doc Smith, Ray Smith and Buck Smith; one sister, Minnie Hill; seven grandchildren; and five great- grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.
