RICHARD BROWN
A Celebration of Life Service for Richard Eugene Brown, 47, of Goldston, will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 US 264 Alt. West, Wilson.
Mr. Brown graduated from East Carolina University and did post-graduate work at the University of Kentucky at Lexington.
His survivors include his father, Glendall Eugene Brown, and wife, Jann, of Kinston; his mother, Jean Holloman Brown of Pikeville; two sisters, Diana Brown Anders and husband, Jerome, of Pikeville, and Leigh Brown Ockerman, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; a brother, Timothy Glenn Brown of Kinston; a stepsister, Jane Nethercutt of Kinston; and two nephews, Justin Brown and Jordan Anders, and a niece, Jade Anders.
He was the husband of the late Karen Mustgrave Brown.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home, and other times at 139 Mockingbird Lane, Pikeville.
