ERNESTINE UTTERBACK
Ernestine Utterback, of 128 Rollins Road, died Saturday at her home on her 78th birthday.
Funeral services will be private.
Mrs. Utterback was born in Germany on April 23, 1927, and was the daughter of the late Peter F. Hecker and Angelika Fischback Hecker.
She is survived by her husband, Allan Utterback; one son, Peter Hecker and wife, Margit, of Germany; one daughter, Cornelia Faulk of Goldsboro; one granddaughter, Tina Tyrell and husband, Michael, of Wilmington; and one cousin, Cornelia Zimmer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to American Cancer Society, 930-B Wellness Drive, Greenville, N.C., 27834; or the Wayne County Humane Society Inc., 104 South Center Street, Goldsboro, N.C., 27530.
