REV. LACY COOPER
The funeral for the Rev. Lacy Mae Cooper, of 989 Pleasant Union Road, Roseboro, will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Branch Memorial Tabernacle on Gulley Street. Bishop Ralph Love will officiate. Burial will be in Sandhill Cemetery in Clinton.
Rev. Cooper died Friday at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton. She was the founder and pastor of Cooper's Chapel Church and later established Trueway United Holy Church.
An inspirational wake will be held tonight from 7 until 8 at Cooper's Chapel Church in Clinton.
Garris Funeral Home in Mount Olive is serving the family.
