JEROME GUESS
Jerome Guess died Tuesday at his home.
The funeral was held Saturday afternoon at 2 at Hamilton Funeral Chapel, with Minister Mada Brown officiating.
Mr. Guess was the son of the late Alice Manning Phillips and James Guess and was a 1969 graduate of Central High School. He worked at Norfolk General Hospital for 20 years and recently moved back to North Carolina.
He is survived by two sisters, Annie Baker of Goldsboro and Essie Uzzell of Snow Hill; and five brothers, Harold Artis of New York, Robert Lee Robinson of Goldsboro, Walter Robinson of Texas and Hubert Lee Robinson of Snow Hill and Michael Coney of Norfolk, Va.
The viewing was held on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel.
