CLARENCE BRADY
MOREHEAD CITY -- Clarence Verlon Brady died Sunday at Century Care Nursing Home.
He was Johnston County native and was the son of the late Joseph B. and Ada West Brady and the widower of Beatrice Brady. He was a member of Bethany Primitive Baptist Church in Pine Level, where he served as an elder.
His survivors include a sister, Shirley B. Carroll; and two brothers, Alton Brady of Winston-Salem and Thomas Brady of Princeton;
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Underwood Funeral Home in Smithfield. Robert Peedin and John Carroll will officiate. Burial will be in Progressive Presbyterian Church near Princeton.
The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 7 until 8 at the funeral home.
