JACK DAVIS
CAROLINA BEACH -- Jack Donald Davis Sr., 72, died Sunday at his home.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Carolina Beach Presbyterian Church, where he was an elder. Burial will be in Oleander Memorial Gardens.
After retiring as regional vice president of the Bank of North Carolina in Wallace, Mr. Davis moved to Carolina Beach and opened Jack Davis Real Estate, which was sold to Network Real Estate in 1999.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jerry Davis, and is survived by one daughter, Cynthia Davis Snead; sons, Jack Donald Davis Jr. and Robert Stauss Davis; sister, Estelle Smith; and four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Capital Fund at Carolina Beach Presbyterian Church.
Coble Ward-Smith Funeral and Cremation Service, Oleander Chapel, is serving the family.
