Martha Warshaw, 64, died Friday at Britthaven of Goldsboro.
A private service will be held.
Mrs. Warshaw was born in Baltimore, Md., to the late Leon and Anna Sidransky Warshaw.
She is survived by three daughters, Nancy Stokking of Goldsboro, Susan Musteric of Shirley, N.Y., and Linda Aron of Selden, N.Y.; two brothers, Lester Warshaw of Calabassas, Calif., and Alan Warshaw of Santa Monica, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.
