WILTON G. JORDAN
AYDEN -- Wilton Gray Jordan, 71, brother of Margaret Grimes of Pikeville and Tiffany Pearce of Dudley, died Wednesday.
A graveside service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Ayden Cemetery.
Mr. Jordan was the son of the late Marvin Richard Jordan and Glossie Mae Holland Jordan. He was retired from Dupont and was a member of Greenville Saddle Club.
In addition to his sisters, he is survived by his wife, Jerri Gresham Jordan of the home; a son, Steve Jordan of Grifton; two daughters, Dawn Madden of Charlotte and Jewel Rouse of Kinston; a stepdaughter, Lisa Stein Clark of Alderpoint, Calif.; one brother, Brooks Jordan of Elm City; two other sisters, Betty Grimes of Graham and Clara Lynch of Rougemont; and five grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends today from 5 until 8 at Farmer Funeral Home, and other times at the residence, 1540 W. Hanrahan Road, Ayden.
