CORNELIA WILLIAMS

WARSAW -- The funeral for Cornelia Quinn Williams, 75, of Manson, will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Community Funeral Home. Burial will be in Golden Grove Cemetery in Kenansville.

Formerly of Kenansville, Mrs. Williams was born on Sept. 21, 1929, to the late Parker Quinn and Myrtle Kornegay Quinn of Duplin County. She retired as a teacher with the Pender County School System.

She is survived by her husband, John H. Williams of the home; one son, John H. Williams Jr. of Manson; one son-in-law, Rick Venable of New Bern; one granddaughter, Allison S. Venable; and one sister, Kathryn Quinn Hall of Magnolia.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cornelia "Connie" Williams Venable.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Friday at Community Funeral Home in Warsaw.
