The funeral for Naomi Elizabeth Hodges Ellis, 88, of Philadelphia, formerly of Wilson County, will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Perry's Temple Original Free Will Baptist Church in Wilson. The Rev. Ernie Haskins will officiate. Burial will be in Fremont Cemetery.
Surviving are four daughters, Elsie Lena Haskins and Alberta Parker of Wilson, Gwendolyn Fogle of Philadelphia, Pa., and Adrienne Crowell of Clinton, Md.; and 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The viewing will at the church one hour prior to the funeral on Friday morning.
The family will assemble at the home of Alberta Parker, 1500 Hadley St., at 10 on Friday morning to prepare for the funeral procession.
McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries in Goldsboro is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
