CLYDE M. CREECH JR.

Clyde McGee Creech Jr., 47, of 2237 Mark Edwards Road, died Tuesday, January 4, 2005, at his home.

Clyde graduated from Eastern Wayne High School and attended Wayne Community College. He was a certified Ford Master Technician and worked over twenty years with C.L. Snipes Ford. Clyde was a member of The First Pentecostal Holiness Church and had a great love of motorcycles and animals.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 7, 2005 at 2 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Rose and Rev. Jim Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Mewborn Cemetery.

Clyde is survived by his parents, McGee and Leatrice Creech of LaGrange; son, Clyde McGee Root of Plattsburg, N.Y.; sister, Lisa Price and husband, Jeff, of Goldsboro; three step-children, Chad Craft and wife Brianna, Casey Craft and wife Corin, and Christi Newcomb and husband, Joe; niece, Alyssa Price; his canine companion, Raga; and seven grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the home of Rev. and Mrs. McGee Creech, 695 LaGrange Road, LaGrange.
