SALLIE WINNS
LAGRANGE -- The funeral for Sallie Adelle Edwards Winns, 94, of 221 E. Washington St., will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at St. James Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, of LaGrange. Burial will be in LaGrange Cemetery.
Mrs. Winns died Sunday at Kinston Rehabilitation Center in Kinston.
She was a native of Greene County and was the daughter of the late Richard and Carrie Edwards.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harrison Winns, and is survived by two sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
The viewing will be Thursday from 3 until 7 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel in Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at the home of Mattie Edwards, 1304 Robin St., Goldsboro.
