WILLIE GARNER
The funeral for Willie Ray Garner, 50, will be held by the graveside on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Winn Cemetery in Mount Olive.
Mr. Garner died Sunday at his residence at 1172 Old Mount Olive Highway, Dudley.
He graduated from Southern Wayne High School and was employed as a logger with J.W. Logging Inc.
He is survived by his wife, Rosalind Garner; one daughter, Nakita Garner of Goldsboro; his mother, Bertha Artis Garner; four brothers, Clarence Garner, Fred Garner and Leonard Garner of Mount Olive and Matthew Garner of Dudley; and two sisters, Faye Garner Darden of Mount Olive and Bertha Robertson of Tocoma, Wash.
The viewing will be today from 4 until 7 p.m. at Rhodes Funeral Home in Mount Olive.
