MICHAEL ARMWOOD
TURKEY -- The funeral for Michael Devone Armwood, 42, of 1020 Thompson Ave., will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Greater Six Run Baptist Church. The Rev. Leslie Morrisey will officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Mr. Armwood died Tuesday at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton.
He is survived by his parents, Leroy and Betsy Faison Armwood of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Donnell (Lotonya) McCallop of Turkey; two brothers, Anthony Armwood of Garland and Terrell Armwood of Turkey; two sisters, Priscilla Gavin of Faison and Melissa Michelle Armwood of Turkey; his grandmother, Ella D. Faison of Turkey; and three grandchildren.
The viewing hours will be from 3 until 7 p.m. on Friday at Garris Funeral Home and the family will be present to receive friends during the last hour.
