DANIEL E. KLEINERT
Daniel Eugene Kleinert, 69, died Friday at Alterra Sterling House of Goldsboro.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with Joe Ben Sauls officiating. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.
He was born in Wayne County to the late A.L. and Nellie G. Kleinert and was the brother of the late Betty L. Parks. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was retired from the former Hevi-Duty Company. He was a graduate of Goldsboro High School.
Mr. Kleinert is survived by a son, Daniel E. Kleinert Jr. of Oxford, Miss.; two brothers and sisters-in- law, James A. and Helen Kleinert of Greenville and John E. and Eloise Kleinert of Goldsboro; two sisters, L. Gertrude Dawson of Kinston and N. Joyce Anderson of Wilson; and several nieces and nephews.
Family members will greet friends Tuesday from 1 until 2 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
