GEORGE GRISSOM
PRINCETON -- The funeral for George Lee Grissom, 64, of 3214 Black Creek Road, Four Oaks, will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home. Burial will be in Barbour's Chapel Church Cemetery.
Mr. Grissom died Thursday at North Carolina Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill.
He was a native of Johnston County and was the son of the late Alfred Henry and Elizabeth Byrd Grissom.
Surviving are two sons, George Anthony Grissom of Coats and Bryan Grissom of Four Oaks; a daughter, Lisa G. Galanra of Frostproof, Fla.; two brothers, Pete Grissom of Henderson and Jerry Grissom of Four Oaks; a sister, Sarah Martin of Raleigh; and eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Casey Funeral Home.
