FAYE BEASLEY
SEVEN SPRINGS -- Faye Gurganus Beasley, 62, of 3864 Arrington Bridge Road, died Thursday night.
The funeral will be held today at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Tyndall Funeral Home in Mount Olive. The Rev. Ashley Summerlin and the Rev. Elliott Hill will officiate. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Mount Olive.
Mrs. Beasley was the daughter of the late Thomas Gurganus and Eloise Hill Gurganus Mozingo.
She is survived by her husband, Willis Marshall Beasley; two sons, Ricky Charles Beasley and his wife, Rose, of Mount Olive and Willis Earl Beasley and his wife, Loretta, of Seven Springs; two daughters, Eleanor B. Jones and her husband, William, of Mount Olive and Janet B. Holland and her husband, Bill, of Goldsboro; five sisters, Frances Mozingo, Kathy Johnson, Louise Mozingo, Bobbie Mozingo and Betty Mozingo of Goldsboro; seven brothers, Charles Gurganus and his wife, Rose, of Dudley, Jerry Mozingo of Dudley, Gene Mozingo of Knightdale, Linwood Mozingo and Allen Mozingo of Goldsboro, Ralph Mozingo of Selma and Curley Mozingo of Wendell; and 11 grandchildren.
The family received friends Saturday night at Tyndall Funeral Home, and other times at the residence.
