SALLY SLAYBACK

Services for Sally M. Slayback, 68, of 285 Bryan Ave., Frankfort, Ky., were held Thursday at Richwood Cemetery in Union, Ky.

The Rev. Alan Sorem presided. Eulogies were by Anna Slayback and Floyd McCulloch.

Mrs. Slayback died at the University of Kentucky Medical Center after a short illness. She had been in declining health for several years.

A native of Draper, N.C. (Eden), she was a retired employee of State National Bank and a member of South Frankfort Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Bessie McCulloch, and a brother, Billy McCulloch.

Her survivors include her husband, Allen H. Slayback; two sons, Steve Slayback and wife, Anna, of Sanford, Fla., and Jay Slayback of Frankfort; daughter, Sally Martin and husband, David, of Bagdad, Ky.; three grandchildren, Christy Slayback, Marcus Slayback and Jalen Slayback; a brother, Floyd McCulloch and wife Carolyn of Goldsboro; a sister, Bobine Dalton of Eden, N.C., and several nieces and nephews.
