BLACKMAN H. GAUTIER
ALBERTSON -- Blackman Henry Gautier, 77, of 1105 Outlaw's Bridge Road, died Friday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. He was born in Sampson County to the late Jasper and Rosa Mae Hare Gautier. He was a retired Dry Wall Contractor and was a member of Albertson Missionary Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from Rouse Funeral Home with the Rev. Ivy White officiating. Burial will follow in Faison Cemetery.
Mr. Gautier is survived by four children, Harry Gautier of Albertson, Ginger Price of Deep Run, Joan Taylor of Albertson and Wendy Gautier of La Grange; four brothers, Leslie Gautier of Seven Springs, Jasper Gautier of Seven Springs, Charles Gautier of Mount Olive and Curtis Gautier of Norfolk, Va.; three sisters, Fannie Taylor of Faison, and Pauline King and Gladys Creech, both of Seven Springs; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends today from 4 until 6 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home and at other times they will be at the home. Arrangements are with Rouse Funeral Home, La Grange.
