NANCY STRAUSS
Nancy Ellen Strauss, 64, of 2015 Stephens Court, died Wednesday at her home.
A native of Alexandria, Virginia, Ms. Strauss was the daughter of the late John Pentz Strauss and Edna Mae Krows Strauss. In 1985, Ms. Strauss retired as a major with the Nurse Corps of the United States Air Force.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Mitchell officiating.
Ms. Strauss is survived by her brother, John Strauss, and his wife, Betty, of Radford, Va.; a nephew, John C. Strauss and his family of Columbus, Ohio; a cousin, Kathy Cannon of Cape Carteret; and special friends, Ida Mae Lucas, Mary Frank Keller, Nancy Lapp, Don and Ava Callahan, and Billy and Susan Keel, all of Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at Seymour Funeral Home following the memorial service.
