COLON QUINN
WARSAW -- Colon Kelly Quinn, 61, died Sunday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Warsaw Baptist Church. Entombment will be on Wednesday morning at 11 at the Devotional Gardens.
Mr. Quinn was a long-time resident of Warsaw and was active in the community as a member of the Jaycees, a coach for the Midget League, chairman of the Recreation Dept., and former Sunday school director.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy H. Quinn of the home; two sons, Mitchell Kelly Quinn and Michael Colon Quinn; daughters, Sarah Elizabeth Lewis and husband, Darren, and Rebecca Ann Boggs and husband, Robert; a sister, Norma Ray Brock; and nine grandchildren.
The family will receive friends in the Powell Hall of the church following the service tonight.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Warsaw Baptist Church.
Community Funeral Home of Warsaw is serving the family.
