BEN LEWIS JR.
The funeral for Ben Lewis Jr. will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Greater St. John Church, Dudley, with the Rev. Roosevelt Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
Mr. Lewis is survived by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Lewis of the home; four sons, James Vernon Atkinson, John Wesley Lewis and Warren Hollis Edwards of Goldsboro and Antonio Bernardo Edwards of Bowie, Md.; one daughter, Patricia Lewis House of Goldsboro; one sister, Eula Mae Lewis of Goldsboro; and eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The viewing hours will be from 2 until 7 p.m. on Thursday at McIntrye Funeral Home and the family will be there to receive friends from 7 until 8 on Thursday night.
