EDDIE KORNEGAY SR.
The funeral for Eddie Kornegay Sr. will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Praise Prayer Worship Revival Center, 1100 N. John Street. Apostle Deborah Kornegay will officiate. Interment will be private.
He is survived by six sons, James Jimmy Hinnant, Eddie Kornegay Jr., Billy Ray Kornegay, Jerry Kornegay, Bruce Kornegay and David Anthony Kornegay; five daughters, Linda Faye Kornegay Sauls, Rachel Elizabeth Kornegay, Shelvy Kornegay Thomas, Margaret Kornegay Johnson and Sadie Vaughn; and 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
The viewing hours will be from 2 until 7 today at McIntyre Funeral Home and the family will be there to receive friends tonight from 7 until 8.
