JAMES H. BRYAN
NEWTON GROVE -- James H. "Sam" Bryan, 82, of 16215 Hobbton Highway, died Thursday.
The funeral will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at the Bryan residence, or if it is raining, at Pleasant Union Christian Church. The Rev. Joe Wingfield will officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Mr. Bryan is survived by his wife, Catherine R. Bryan; two sons, Albert Bryan and William H. "Bill" Bryan of Newton Grove; three daughters, Belinda Barefoot and Betty Allen of Newton Grove and Angela Bryan of Four Oaks; two sisters, Annie Perry of Raleigh and Clara Weeks of Red Oak; and six grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 6 until 8 p.m. at West & Dunn Funeral Home.
