KATIE C. WHITE
The funeral for Katie C. White, 82, of 916 E. Elm St., will be Friday at 1 p.m. at St. Mark Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ. Bishop Alton Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Old Mill Goshen Cemetery in Faison.
Mrs. White died Thurs-day, June 24, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by a daughter, Edna Cox Gooding of Goldsboro; a son, James E. "Joedy" White of Goldsboro; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
The viewing hours will be from 3 until 9 p.m. on Thursday at Hamilton Funeral Chapel of Goldsboro.
