ROSA MOZINGO

Rosa Crumpler Mozingo, 78, of 303 Earl Drive, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday night when she died at the Kitty Askins Hospice Center.

A native of Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Alma Henry Crumpler and the widow of James Robert Mozingo. Mrs. Mozingo was a member of Antioch Presbyterian Church.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lewis Baker and Dr. Al Herrington officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Wayne Memorial Park.

Mrs. Mozingo is survived by her three daughters, Janie M. Fitzgerald of Raleigh, Deborah M. Martin of Goldsboro and Sharon M. Bradshaw and her husband, Frank Bradshaw, of Turkey; six grandchildren and their spouses, Anthony and Rhonda Martin of Raleigh, Jamie and Sherry Martin of Grantham, Donelle Fitzgerald of Raleigh, Belinda B. and Jonathan Chestnutt of Warsaw, Stephanie B. and Bobby Woodruff of Spartanburg, S.C., and Meredith Fitzgerald of Raleigh; five great-grandchildren, Haley Martin, Nicholas Martin, Skylar Martin, Marissa Martin and Jason Chestnutt ; sister and brother-in-law, Annie Ruth and Jay Roberts of Goldsboro; brother, Bob Crumpler of Houston, Texas; special friend, Pearnell Lane of Pikeville; many nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Rachel Thompson of Seven Springs; and brother-in-law, Elmer Mozingo of Goldsboro.

Mrs. Mozingo was preceded in death by a sister, Thelma Freeman and brothers Roland and Mark Crumpler.
